We prepare before all the thighs. Grease them with oil, add vegeta / delicately, ground pepper and minced garlic and leave them for 15-20 minutes.
Turn on the oven and leave it on high heat.
We peel the potatoes and slice them, then cut them into thick straws.
We place them in a tray that has been previously greased with oil / lard, over which, then, we put the thighs and put them in the oven for 50 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the composition for the sauce - garnish as follows: grate the carrot, finely chop everything we have, sprinkle with salt, pepper, add dill and thyme (to taste). We mix them and put them in a pan (I used a pan of tuci) with a little oil.
We mix them continuously for 5 minutes after which we add the tomato broth / juice (what you prefer or have at hand) and a little water.
The sauce does not last more than 8-10 minutes on the fire. When it is ready, take it out on a plate and let it cool.
When the thighs and potatoes are ready, combine them with the sauce-garnish. And it came out ... like in the pictures :)
